The Challenge
During a training session, we were challenged to take portraits of 26 associates. To ensure efficiency, we created a schedule with each subject having a 15-minute session. However, we were flexible during the production and allowed subjects to have their session early if it accommodated their schedule better. We also set up the portrait studio in their cafeteria, which wasn’t used that day and was convenient for the subjects.
What We Accomplished
These portraits were intended for both internal and external corporate use. In addition, each subject received a portrait for their LinkedIn profile. The associates were thrilled to have this done, as many hadn't updated their LinkedIn photo in years and were pleased to have an updated portrait.
The Results
All 26 subjects were photographed, and many expressed appreciation for their company offering them this. They enjoyed the experience and updated the portrait for Linkedin. We even waited an extra two hours for a subject whose plane arrived late.
